For an reliable online bath monitoring
the LiquiSonic® analytical technology from SensoTech is used, monitoring continuously and in real time processes in for example, degreasing, preservatives or quenching baths.

The LiquiSonic® sensors
are installed directly into baths or pipes of any size and measure precisely the concentration of, for example, cleaning, anti-corrosive or quenching agents.
This makes an immediate and exact replenishment possible to ensure an optimum process performance and product quality. Furthermore, costs savings can be realized by avoiding over- and underdosing.

Measurements
In addition to the concentration measurement, the LiquiSonic® sensors determine the contamination degree in cleaning baths. This enables the efficient control of bath changes, optimizing the component cleanliness while saving resources.

The LiquiSonic® technology
is based on sonic velocity measurement providing accurate and every second updated measurement results. Due to the robust design, the sensors are maintenance-free with long-term stability. The measurement is inline and the real-time results ​​are provided online to PCs and control systems.



The LiquiSonic® inline analytical technology
measures directly in the process the concentration in cleaning, caoting and quenching baths and provides
the real-time information online.
